Description: The symbol of the Basque people, the Basque Lauburu is an ancient symbol of the sun. The word Lauburu means "four heads" (lau=four, buru=head). It also represents the four elements, fire, water, air and earth. The vertical heads are said to be the feminine expression, or fire and water. The Horizontal heads are the male expression of earth and air. As the "ever-living" flame, bring this into your life to energize and empower all that you do.
