Description: Released in 1993, Doom became one of the most influential video games ever made and helped define the modern first-person shooter. Players take the role of a lone space marine battling through a demon-infested research facility on Mars and eventually into Hell itself, armed with an increasingly destructive arsenal of shotguns, plasma weapons, and the legendary BFG 9000.
