Intergalactic Flow State of Mind

The State Botanical Garden of Georgia is a botanical garden of 313 acres in the United States, with a conservatory operated by the University of Georgia. It is located at 2450 South Milledge Avenue, Athens, Georgia. I was just walking the garden and this shot captured my eye. It was taken a few years ago and I always go to recreate this shot. However I haven't been able to recreate the shot because the fountain has not been working every time I have been back.
