Quite naturally one would expect to see lots of puffins, on Puffin Island... but that's not the case, we saw many more other forms of auks than just puffins, predominantly razorbills - and pockets of guillemots... Naturally !!!

Guillemot colony on the Farne Islands - Northumberland, UK. The Farne Islands lie between two and three miles off the Northumberland Coast between Seahouses and Bamburgh. As well as being the most famous Sea Bird Sanctuary in the British Isles they also have a large colony of Atlantic or Grey Seals.
