Krampus Folklore T-Shirts
Description: What I love about the Celtic style is that it conveys a sense of mystery. Like the artwork depicts something ancient and lost to time and history. That's why I think the Krampus is a perfect character to be portrayed in a Celtic style. The history of Krampus, as with most folklore, is shrouded in a past that isn't totally clear, and yet, it's presence continues to be known into contemporary times. This version, to me, looks kind of like a Tarot card. It's more simplistic and two-dimensional, but it's meaning implies centuries of history and hidden meaning.
Description: Krampus is a horned, anthropomorphic figure in Central and Eastern Alpine folklore who, during the Christmas season, scares children who have misbehaved. Assisting Saint Nicholas, or Santa Claus, the pair visit children on the night of December 5th, with Saint Nicholas rewarding the well-behaved children with modest gifts such as oranges, dried fruit, walnuts and chocolate, while the badly behaved ones only receive punishment from Krampus with birch rods.
Description: Stride into the whimsical world of "Krampus' Yuletide Joyride" where winter festivities take a mischievous twist. As snowflakes gracefully adorn the turquoise backdrop, Krampus is captured mid-merriment, bearing a sack bursting with toys and curious trinkets. His playful grin and the iconic candy cane suggest there's more to this festive figure than just old tales. Perfect for those who love to intertwine the light-hearted fun of the holidays with a dash of folklore mischief.
