Description: At around 2pm today I realized that while I had coffee earlier this morning... that's the only thing I've had today. This happens often enough that I thought I needed a reminder. So look, this is just a reminder to myself. That's why it's BACKWARDS ON PURPOSE. So I can read it in the mirror. Maybe it's a reminder that you need, sometimes, too?
Description: A hand-drawn mug, sunglasses, and sticky note reading "Civilian To-Do List: Stop eating in 3 minutes. Walk on the grass. Relax." For anyone still relearning how to slow down after years of doing everything fast, early, and on schedule.
Description: A square image featuring the text "Let Shit Go" in a bold, expressive font. In the centre of the image, there's a vividly coloured butterfly attempting to fly away, but it is tethered to a large, cumbersome rock by a thin string. The scene symbolizes the struggle of trying to move forward while being held back by a heavy burden. The butterfly's efforts to fly away despite the constraint beautifully illustrate the message of liberation and the importance of letting go of what weighs us down. The background should be simple and not distract from the central imagery and message, perhaps a soft gradient or a clear sky, emphasizing the theme of freedom and release.
