The robber fly who is also a predator of small prey items such as smaller flies, spiders and other invertebrates, sits with his compound eyes scouring the horizon for passing victims... Unfortunately, due to pollution, pesticides and habitat loss ~ many beautiful dragonfly species which keep these robbers clobbered ~ are under threat within Wales and the rest of UK. Pentax K3
