Sunset view of the lighthouse is photographed from the beach at Mentor Headlands State Park. The Fairport Harbor Breakwater Light was built in 1925 and sits in Fairport Harbor, Ohio at the mouth of the Grand River. It was constructed to replace the original Fairport Harbor Lighthouse, which now serves as a marine museum.

Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse is located on Mount Desert Island, within Acadia National Park. The lighthouse marks the entrance to Blue Hill Bay.

The Harbour Town Lighthouse is lighthouse at the Harbour Town Marina at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It was privately built and is a private aid to navigation.It is recognizable symbol of Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines Resort. The Heritage golf tournament is held here each year.
