Templar T-Shirts
Description: First to fight, last to die. This is how you could summarize the battle doctrine of Knights Templar. In the times of their greatness, they served as an elite formation of heavy knights, which served the purpose of breaking the enemy lines with a strike of an armoured fist, and during a march or retreat the knights served in the most difficult position, namely at the back of the army, in the arierguard. When covering the retreating brothers in arms, the Templars have suffered great losses, but not many troops were characterized with such an unyielding contempt towards death, and such perfect mastery of battle craft, that they could be assigned to fight at the rear. And so, with iron and blood, the Templars forged their legend.
Description: Knights Templar, an order known also as the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon, is a truly legendary organization, veiled in amazing stories, to the extent of becoming an archetype of a knight's order, wealth, mystery and... terrible end. After all, Friday the thirteenth did not become an unlucky day without a reason. Now, however, you can once again bring out the battle banner of the Templars from the past to help you in all your everyday battles. Also, watch out for those pesky assassins and their creed.

Description: ✪✪✪ The order was formed c. 1119 CE when seven knights, led by a French nobleman from Champagne, Hugh of Payns, swore to defend Christian pilgrims in Jerusalem and the Holy Land and so created a brotherhood who took monastic vows and lived together in a closed community. In 1120 CE Baldwin II, the king of the Kingdom of Jerusalem (r. 1118-1131 CE), gave the knights his palace, the former Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount of Jerusalem, for use as their headquarters. The building was commonly referred to as ‘The Temple of Solomon' and so the brotherhood quickly became known as ‘the Order of the Knights of the Temple of Solomon' or simply the ‘Templars’.
