Dentists and dental organizations embraced Tuffy as a friendly way to promote good habits like brushing regularly, visiting the dentist, eating healthy, and avoiding too much sugar. To keep kids engaged, the Tuffy Tooth Cavity Fighters Club was created, leading to an array of promotional items like buttons, t-shirts, and stickers.
