High Speed Cat Tank Top

High Speed Cat Number of views as of 29th August 2018 = 620. One of three high-speed catamarans formerly operated on routes linking the English ports of Poole and Weymouth, the French port of St Malo and the Channel Island ports of St Peter Port (Guernsey) and St Helier (Jersey). This 'cat' and her sister ships were built by a Tasmanian company (Incat) and were registered in Nassau in the Bahamas. The vessels are 86 metres (282 feet) long, weigh 5000 tonnes, can carry 800 passengers and 200 vehicles, and have a maximum speed of 40 knots. Date: 23rd August 2014.
