It extends 1240 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. It is a great place for fishing. There is also an open air restauarnt (just overhead from where I shot this image) so you can enjoy good food and the seabreeze. In inclimate weather, glass roll down garage type windows can protect you from the elements while you still enjoy a nice meal and view. Update: the restaurant is all that now stands after the last restaurant.
