This is my drawing of some hanging red-hot spicy peppers. Strings of hanging peppers are called ristras and is a colorful tradition in New Mexico.

Fun to paint them, not so much fun to eat them!

The dog has a distressed look and has tears in its eyes from the hot chili pepper. This hot pepper could be a cayenne, jalapeno or other hot pepper. A blue dog eating a red pepper.
