Nova Orion Industries was a starship research and development company founded by Jonas Nova and Garrick Orion. They were based on Nova Orion Station in the Bright Jewel system and built Tansarii Point Station. They also were experimenting with the use of the midlithe crystal. In 1 ABY, a disagreement led to a rift between Nova and Orion, with each attempting to overturn the other.
