This pattern features tons of colorful Montana wildflowers including yellowbells, indian paintbrush, aster, bitterroot, blue flax, arrowleaf balsamroot (sunflowers), scarlet globemallow, wild geraniums, and buttercups. The flowers were illustrated with ink and colored pencil.

Forest Illusions- Lodgepole and Bear Grass is a creation using a combination of long exposure and planned camera movement mixed with the natural lighting. This scene was an explosion of bear grass in late spring rising from the forest floor among the lodgepole trees.

Fireweed in the Mountains. Like a fine lavender carpet unfolding at the feet of the mountains, fireweed is in full bloom!
