Skiing Octopus Painting Tank Tops

This triptych tells the story of an octopus learning how to ski. If you've ever learned how to ski, then you know how he feels. His main challenge is obviously having to control six skis. We were jokingly saying that these paintings also tell the story of what happens when you've had one beer at the ski lodge, two beers, and then three beers. This determined octopus is doing his best to cross-country ski, despite the disadvantage of having to control several skis and poles. This painting is a metaphor for feeling out of your comfort zone, but is also an inspirational image, depicting an animal who is learning a new skill.
