Biro Tapestries

This is a hockle bird, a creature with an an ever growing body complex. They start out small, and they grow and grow and grow until they break the atmosphere. This particular hockle bird has just crashed the incredulous Shaun Tan's The Arrival.

This specific design is a one of a kind creation using a biro on paper, without any reference. I was inspired to draw this after watching the film, 300. signed 2008.
