Description: Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries is a beautiful way to care for yourself, and to help your care for others. When you set thoughtful expectations for your personal relationships, they can more easily be mutually caring and supportive. And, having a conversation about your boundaries gives others opportunities to set their healthy boundaries with you. It can feel super uncomfortable at first, but as a practice I think it gets easier and more rewarding over time.
