This is a collagraph print I did using bits and pieces from the Australian landscape.

This is a collagraph print which I altered slightly by giving it poster edges throughout using photoshop - I always thought the original print, which was sold as it was, was just a bit too bright (especially for a war zone) and I wanted to just give it a bit more grungy definition and make the colours a little more subdued. The poster edges, because they are black, I think add to it by making one think of ash. At least if you purchase an apron in this design no one will notice any food you splash onto it.

Because Collagraph Nr 2 featured items taken from the Australian Bush I decided to see how it would look if I digitally overlaid it with my Tribal Elder drawing. This is the result.

Alpine in Cyan Blue is a digitally altered image of a collagraph print plate that I made. What that mean is that it started its life as a work of collage which was then coated with a protective surface so as to enable it to be inked to make collagraph prints. I took a photograph of the collagraph plate and then digitally changed the colour to make it look like an old blue and white cyanotype photograph.
