Common Tern skimming along the surface of a fresh water pool of water.

This is a common tern, a fast flying seabird.

A gull swoops in to 'grab a tasty morsel' as a Bryde's Whale scoops up a mouthful 'dolly mixture' of fish and euphausiid. For all parties concerned it was indeed *a "good tern out!"* :-)
