I Am Crazy, Not Stupid. There's a difference! Just because someone might have a mental health condition, it doesn't mean they're stupid or incapable. There are many people who're high functioning but still fighting mental health disease daily. High functioning depression. High functioning anxiety etc. We all exist. Just because we have a mental health condition doesn't make us all incapable of work. Do not bully us! Hell, do not bully anyone!!

I finally found the solution to all my problems

Talking to myself is so much cheaper than a therapist. True story! lol. While struggling to find a decent psychologist that I can actually afford, it occurred to me that I might get almost as much benefit from talking things over with myself every day while I do the dishes.
