After headlining the Yavin IV Victory Celebration, the Modal Nodes cut their first album, Private Tatooine. The album was a big hit on the holonet and Figrin D'an took the band on their first and only pan galactic tour.

Mos Eisley was a spaceport on the desert planet of Tatooine. It was located on the Great Mesra Plateau, north of Anchorhead, and southeast of the Jundland Wastes. The spaceport, while lacking a primary landing facility, contained 362 hangars in which arrivals could berth. The city had wide, sandy streets and many buildings of various sizes. Paradise Road, Straight Street, Kerner Plaza Outer Curved Street, Inner Curved Street, Corporations Road, Dune Street, and the Spacers Row were streets that passed through parts of the town. The crashed Dowager Queen colony ship was a landmark. Mos Eisley was home to various species of aliens from throughout the galaxy. One part of the city was known as the Old Quarter.

Don't let our reputation as a wretched hive of scum and villainy put you off - it's part of the charm here at Mos Eisley. You'll be fine - as long as you shoot first! Mingle with exotic races from all over the galaxy who come to trade here - while avoiding Imperial entanglements of course! Come for a drink at Chalmun's Cantina while the famous Figrin D'an & The Modal Nodes perform for you. Just don't forget to leave your droids outside because they're not welcome here!
