Description: The Rocky Flats Nuclear Facility was a Cold War era manufacturing complex just outside of Denver, Colorado, that was operated by Rockwell International between 1952 and 1993. The facility produced plutonium triggers and other components for nuclear weapons, which were shipped to other facilities for assembly into completed nuclear weapons. Insider tips led to Rocky Flats being raided by the FBI and EPA in 1989 who found PCBs, chromic acid, beryllium, and radionuclide emissions had been released into the environment. The facility went into wind down mode before closing in 1993, eventually becoming an EPA Superfund Site where billions of dollars went into the deconstruction and remediation of the landscape, which was completed in 2006.

Bonneville Speedway (also known as the Bonneville Salt Flats Race Track) is an area of the Bonneville Salt Flats northeast of Wendover, Utah, that is marked out for motor sports. The salt flats were first used for motor sports in 1912, but did not become truly popular until the '30s when Ab Jenkins and Sir Malcolm Campbell competed to set land speed records.
Description: Weber Speed Equipment started out in 1945 as Weber Tool Company, making some of the first aluminum performance fly wheels. As the company continued to expand their speed parts catalog with cams, clutches, and heads, becoming increasingly popular with hot rodders and racers alike, they changed their name to Weber Speed Equipment. Aside from making high quality, extreme high-performance parts, one of their biggest claims to fame was their 'blow up proof' guarantee on their flywheels, something that was a big draw to those pushing higher horsepower and revs in the early days of drag racing.
