Ink illustration of a tiny baby chick in black and white. This drawing was made using ink marker pens on Bristol board. I used one of my own photographs as reference for this drawing, it was wonderful to watch the mother chicken hiding all of her chicks under her feathers, every now and then one would poke it's head out as seen here, and then disappear again!

This drawing was made using ink marker pens and coloured with alcohol markers, on Bristol board. I used one of my own photographs as reference for this drawing, it was wonderful to watch the mother chicken hiding all of her chicks under her feathers, every now and then one would poke it's head out as seen here, and then disappear again!
