Hawker Nimrod Tapestries

The Hawker Nimrod was a single-seat biplane fighter which first flew in 1930 for operation from aircraft carriers. Its span was 3.5ft, later versions had backswept wings, a large tail, and deck arrestor gear. HDR created from one RAW file processed as three DNG files in Photomatix, adjustments in CS6 with some help from Topaz Filters. Nikon D3100 with Sigma 150-500 zoom.

The Nimrod was a British carrier-based single-engined biplane aircraft build by Hawker in the 1930s.

The Hawker Nimrod, built by the British, was used as a naval fighter by the Fleet Air Arm.
