Description: Andrew George Scott may not have been the most successful bushranger or even the best suited to the bushranging lifestyle but he is still the most renowned gay bushranger. Leading a gang of boys in a short, violent criminal career including his boyfriend Jimmy Nesbitt, Captain Moonlite was an eccentric through and through. Having served in the Maori Wars and worked for a time as a lay preacher on the Australian goldfields, Scott frequently found himself in trouble with authorities.
Description: A raised fist represents defiance, unity, solidarity, and resistance against oppression of trans people, as the political struggle for equality continues for all LGBTIQA people. The original trans flag was created by Monica Helms in 1999, and features an iconic pastel blue and pink and white stripes. My updated 2025 version also includes a gradient of trans flag colours.
Description: I made this in response to the marriage equality 'debate' currently occurring in Australia. Lose is love no matter how you look at it and if you can't see that then the problem is with you rather than with love or those who are loving. Hence the ishihara test design. This is the second version of it I worked up where the non rainbow parts are starting to get blown away and scattered - hopefully to symbolise a change that is on the horizon and slowly feeding through. I just want to support this cause and will happily donate 100% of the profits I make from any sales to Australian Marriage Equality and The Pinnacle Foundation. Love is love.
