With these straight to the point phases, you can look awesome whilst also stating your inner thoughts and feelings for the whole world to see. Why hide behind a fake smile, suffer in silence and tediously explain why you 'don't look sick' but feel sick? It's not fair, So let's state the obvious!

Description: Once a person has run out of spoons they are unfortunately only able to rest until they have replenished their spoons. There are so many chronic and invisible illness' covered under the spoon theory and individuals who suffer from these refer to themselves as Spoonies.

Description: Folks with chronic illnesses (EDS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and so many others) use “spoons” as a unit of energy. We only have so many spoons in a day. It takes spoons to cook, shower, work, socialize, and play. If you’re “saving spoons,” it means you can’t do too much today because you know you need to do stuff tomorrow!
