Plonk it!

Oh, Plonk.

My watercolour tutor put together this still life for us today. I didn't think much of it, but decided to just have a bit of a play with it anyway. I did the drawing with my new multicoloured pencil, which I totally love, and then just went for it. The bottle had a lovely aqua colour, which suited me just fine, since I had just bought a lovely new Turquoise and Veridian green. I think today was just one of those days, when I didn't care, and it just all fell into place. Teacher, Gwen thought it was good enough to put in our Tutor's and Student's exhibition. : ) This is watercolour and multicoloured pencil (just for the initial sketch) , on Arches 300gsm watercolour paper, med. 27 cm x 19 cm.

This charming artwork captures the essence of the playful nature of panda bears, and maybe if they did play the piano, they would not need all the help from us.
