Egg Sandwiches are fun to make and fun to eat. I like mine made with toasted honey wheat bread or French Bread, 2 over easy eggs, colby-jack cheese, and a slice of hard salami. I post a lot of these sammiches i make on my Instagram page... more people like these more than the regular shirts I design with superheroes and video game characters so I figured why not make one with one of these silly dinners i make.
