Scattered Clouds Tapestries

We were about to attend a wedding, staying in a lake house, on Lake Lancer, Michigan, when I noticed the stillness of the lake and the cloud mottled sky, which together made for an almost perfect reflection of the sky. Not one to miss an opportunity to capture an idyllic scene, I quickly found my camera to capture this lovely scene.

We were in Michigan to attend a wedding, staying at a lake house on Lake Lancer. It was the end of the summer, a cool, clear day with scattered clouds. It's a bit of a photographic cliché to capture an image out along a jetty, but given the opportunity, why not? I do hope you like it.
