TALES From The QuadeaD Zone is a 1987 blaxploitation anthology horror film that has achieved cult classic status in the years since it came out. The film was originally released straight to VHS and copies of the film are considered rare collector's items due to their difficulty to locate and extremely limited quantities, with one copy selling for $2,000 at auction, interest in creating a sequel has been expressed. Tales from the QuadeaD Zone was the only film produced by Erry Vision Film Co., and since its release, the film has received several public screenings.

The Faces Of Death design from Hellwood is inspired by the cult classic mondo horror film that passed into legend through a thousand schoolyard whispers. Released in 1978, the film claimed to portray explicit scenes of real life death and dismemberment and often featured the caveat that it was banned in 40 countries. Despite having dated terribly and had the majority of the scenes included exposed as having been faked, Faces Of Death still reminds us of an earlier time before the internet made such horrors commonplace.

Wizard Video was a VHS video distribution company that was well-known for its detailed (and often lurid) box art, especially during the time that it sold videocassettes in larger than standard boxes. Los Angeles-based Wizard was a subsidiary of Empire International Pictures, a small film studio. Wizard's videocassettes were originally duplicated by L.A. based Sound/Video Unlimited. Between 1982 and 1987, Wizard released 96 movies on VHS, almost all of which are horror flicks and sex comedies.

I present to you the next lady in our homage to the violent femmes of horror cinema, the Femmes of Fright! Video killed the … everybody Sadako wanted it to kill. Classic movie and classic villain. Ringu will always scare the shit out of me. Always. This illustration series aims to represent these strong female horror monsters and villains in bold, simple colors and shapes. Ghostbusters (later called Filmation's Ghostbusters) is a 1986 animated television series created by Filmation and distributed by Tribune Entertainment, serving as the sequel to Filmation's 1975 live-action television show The Ghost Busters. It is not to be confused with Columbia Pictures' 1984 film Ghostbusters or that film's subsequent animated television show The Real Ghostbusters, which premiered five days later. When making their film, Columbia Pictures needed to obtain rights to use the name from Filmation.
