Description: The Academy of Raya Lucaria is a Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring. Quite a different area as it has a variety of blue hues, compared to the green open spaces of Limgrave, covered in crystals not only in its environment but also the creatures that inhabit it. These range from snails to more vicious animals to the underwater crustaceans such as crabs and are heavily guarded by the academy's scholars.
Description: Isla Nublar was a remote island 120 miles west of Costa Rica and 87 miles east of the Muertes Archipelago. The island has a surface of 77 square kilometers with mountain ridges which created varied ecological niches. The island was intended to be the site of Jurassic Park, a tourist attraction featuring living biological dinosaurs cloned from prehistoric DNA. However, the park was closed and abandoned before it could open due to multiple containment breaches in 1993, but was later reclaimed and successfully served as the site of a new tourist park, Jurassic World.
Description: For this piece, I created an old school medical chart, simplifying the dreaded "Brain Cloud," Joe Banks's condition in Joe Versus the Volcano. I first drew it with just the cloud, but it was missing something. Then I realized what it needed was the iconic lightning bolt shape that continuously appears in the film. I decided to use this recurring "crooked path" symbol as the glue that ties together the three pieces in the collection, just as it ties together the various themes in the film.

Description: My personal spin on local humor. 'Keep Tacoma Feared' with dreary grey skies(It's never sunny here), Galloping Gertie (the old Tacoma Narrows Bridge, so poorly designed that it collapsed into the Sound), King Octopus (local sea monster), and Mount Rainier (an active volcano predicted to erupt within the next few decades and annihilate Tacoma. lol.) Stay way, Seattle folks. There is only despair here.
