Weathered Barn Doors Tapestries

I came across these wooden doors of this shed during a garden tour around Creemore in Central Ontario. It had a lot of character and texture. I though t I could create something interesting with the weathered boards as a pallet by adding hay bales as art. There is something timely about this old shed. It has stored many items over the years and the green vines reveal that the doors have not been open for a while. What's inside behind the doors? Is it a vintage garden tools from the past? Autumn was well underway when I visited Prince Edward County, on the north shore of Lake Ontario. The county sits on a peninsula, and so is off the beaten track. There's a history there of farming, but today land usage is changing as there are many wineries and craft breweries that find their homes there. With that, there are many old, tired farm buildings scattered about the county, just like the one seen in this image, which sits by the side of a road near Picton. It's clearly some time since it saw productive use, but who cares when it makes such a lovely picture? I do hope you enjoy it.
