Not Enough Street Parking I Guess © Tapestry

Few things you see in your travels that just kind of make your head shake a bit. I wonder - is there not enough parking on the street? Is it going to get stolen if I parked it on the street? Did they run out of things to decorate their window? How did it get there in the first place (there being outside this little window on the third floor)? Hummm..... questions, questions, questions.... Have to admit though - this is quite an innovative decorative idea! Don't you think?
