This is one of Venices satellite islands, a short boat trip from the city itself and an ideal place to stay when visiting as it is a bit quieter in the busy tourist season. It is very similar to Venice as it is built around canals and has many historic buildings and it is world famous for the coloured glass it produces in the many glass blowing furnaces on the island. This photo was taken just after sunset and you can see a couple of people making their way home in their boat. Edited in Photoshop CC and Topaz.
