Why is this called Contrasts? This is part of a series of images I am working on in an attempt to highlight the plight of the homeless on the streets, principally of the UK as that is where I am from, but essentially anywhere in the world. The contrasts? The guy sitting on the floor is homeless, I know I chatted to him. The people standing are at the ATM drawing out money. Yes the guy sitting on the floor has strategically positioned himself but nevertheless, there is a contrast here both in the picture and in society itself. I am part of that society and I am blessed to be part of the society that would fall into the definition of "haves" rather than that of the "have not's" and I am grateful to my God for that.
