The road joining Sark and Little Sark in the Channel Islands

Crossing La Coupee Number of views as of 27th June 2018 = 775. La Coupee is a narrow strip of land, just 10 feet (3 metres) wide, connecting the island of Sark (in the Channel Islands) and the peninsula of Little Sark. There are no motor cars on Sark, only tractors and horse-drawn transport. Here, one of the island's horsemen negotiates the narrow causeway. This has to be done at quite a speed to give the vehicle enough momentum to get up the slope behind me. And with a sheer drop of 260 feet (80 metres) either side, there is little margin for error.
