Stiles Falls, or Styles Falls also known as Purgatory Falls. This 40 foot high waterfall is near Shawsville VA, Montgomery County VA. The falls is on the Camp Alta Mons property and is open to the public only when camp is not in session.

Stiles Falls, or Styles Falls also known as Purgatory Falls. This 40 foot high waterfall is near Shawsville VA, Montgomery County VA. The water was surprisingly warm when I went there in the Spring of 2017 which suggests that it is cave fed. The falls is on the Camp Alta Mons property and is open to the public only when camp is not in session.
