Description: Capcom's cartwheeling super killer Hiyru. I based this design more on the original Arcade version than that of the remade silky scarf wearing Hiyru. I'm not against the big soft silky red scarf they've added to Hiyru, I just see it as a health and safety issue for a gymnastic Assassin. :)
