Description: This design shows the characteristic four stripes worn by captains on large airliner aircraft, it also shows the star given to captains that have flown trans-atlantic flights. It is the perfect gift for your pilot friends, aviation enthusiasts, pilot students, and aerospace engineers alike.
Description: This design features an airfoil or a wing section and its pressure contour. It is a characteristic image from the world of aerodynamics, fluid dynamics, and aerospace engineering. Computers can help simulate the fluid's behaviour around and airfoil but extensive validation is required throguh wind tunnel experiments.
Description: This design features a classic satellite design in the shape of pixel art, reminding you of a classic online game. The spacecraft features an antenna, solar panels and the main hub for instruments. The perfect gift for aerospace and space professionals, astronauts, engineers, software engineers, and scientists. You will feel in outer space while wearing this amazing product.
Description: A classic design based on a huge turbofan engine, typically used on large airliner aircraft, such as Boeing 737, Airbus A320, etc. The pun is obvious and yet hilarious. Perfect gift for pilots, aviators, aeronautical and aerosace engineers, propulsion engineers, and aircraft mechanics.
Description: Otto Lilienthal´s Flying Machine, patented in 1895, is an integral part of the history of aviation. From the design, you can make out the large central wing, with space only for the pilot, as well as a large round tail, reminiscent of large bird feathers. The top view of the wing also resembles a bat wing. Simply stunning!
Description: This stvunning graphic is a isual representation of an object moving at supersonic speeds. The centre of each circle represents the position of the object in time, with the arrow pointing towards its direction. The oblique lines represent the shock wave angle created by the compression of air as the object travels through the atmosphere.
Description: This is the classic speech by John F. Kennedy, president of the United States. This is one of the most significative speeches of the past century, it set the objectives of the space race between the US and the Soviet Union very clearly. We all know how that ended, with the incredible Apollo missions, and the first humans on the surface of the moon.
Description: Can you help this astronaut figure out which way is up? In outer space, there is no up and down, this is mainly because our conception of up is tied directly to the effects of gravity. This concise design gets its inspiration from one of those big Eureka moments in the history of physics.
Description: Another design featuring the world of aerodynamics! This clean and stunning graphic represents the theory of circulation, basically Newton's third law. As the wing or airfoil moves through the air it pushes the air downwards, which in turns lifts the aircraft. One of the main mechanisms for producing lift and the amazing phenomenon of flight!
Description: This propeller design graphic showcases the airfoils' evolution through the length of the propeller blade. From the rotation arrow and the shape of the airfoils you can clearly see in which direction the lift (and in turn thrust) is being generated. Simple, beautiful, and educational!
Description: Beautiful aesthetics coming from the neural networks, machine learning and artificial intelligence areas. You can clearly see the neuron interactions from this simple graphic. Perfect gift for all software engineers, data scientists, researchers and artificial intelligence nuts!
Description: The first item on a series of the world's greatest airports. Los Angeles Airport runways showcasing their orientation angles, relative sizes, as well as the airport code. Perfect gift for all aviation enthusiasts, aeronautics engineers, pilots, flight attendants, and aircraft mechanics alike.
Description: One of, if not the most, advanced fighters in the world, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter is America's fifth generation fighter jet. It can fly at supersonic speeds while maintaining all-around stealth capabilities. It also showcases the most advanced data fusion algorihms with millions of lines of code. Stunning!
Description: Scramjet engines are an integral part of the future of aerospace and aviation. Used for hypersonic flight (Mach numbers greater than 5) ramjets and scramjets have no moving parts and rely on the speed of the vehicle to compress and ignite the air. From space planes to hypersonic missiles, scramjets are the next big aerospace revolution!
