Your mind plays tricks on you and you second guess your instinct to run. Rather, like a "deer" in headlights you freeze, eyes locked, feeling nauseous and cold. Shaking and silent you notice a faint mossy smell in a sudden cool breeze. You disappear to be their next meal.
