Description: Spring in eastern Texas near Louisiana sometimes looks like the bayous of Louisiana. This is a favorite graffiti wall bridge hang out over a small, dark stream area, predominated by cypress trees, full of great architectural looking cypress "knees". The yellow lime leaves contrast with red sandy water after a rain and the water sometimes hides the shortest knees under the surface!
Description: Usually a bobcat is about the largest of the big wild cats in the deserts of South central U.S. states. No leopards (or tigers, or panthers)...except this one, the fantasy species, the Sharp clawed succulent known as the Leptus. It's very hard to find and valued for its crossover breeding between the jungle big cat leopard and a tall tailed north American cactus. Leptus make wonderful guardians for rancheros, silos, and desert campgrounds, using their claws and long arms to block intruders.
