There are substances that we associate with pleasant situations and that, therefore, we believe are good for us (or if not good, a "lesser evil"). But maybe that evil is not so minor... and we may have to think about why these situations are pleasant to us, and if it is possible to experience them in a more respectful way towards our bodies ... And although as Sheryl Crow says in her song "If it makes you happy": "If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad" the truth is that it isn't always like that, and things that make you happy, in fact are bad (not morally, but for your physical integrity).

There are inventions that make our life much easier. For me, one very useful one has been the Menstrual Cup. So let’s drink for it!
