In the center focus on what you would like your rat race to run toward. Ask: “What season am I in? What makes me run? What rat race am I on and why?” Then, when ready, walk out reflecting on “a time for every matter under heaven.” What is most important to you and how do you run a rat race truly worthy of your life? VOTING IS A DYNAMIC PROCESS, a sacred ritual in life. Before you vote - study the issues. STEP 1: CONTEMPLATE SCRIPTURE. “You are the light of the world. … No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket… let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works…” (Matthew 5:14-16). STEP 2: MEDITATE. ‘Walk’ the “VOTE Finger Labyrinth” in the design, mentally or with a finger. Recite scripture. Reflect on life. STEP 3: LISTEN TO THE SPIRIT. Vote with love, care, and creativity.
