My Trippy Rainbow Tree Rings design is based off a cross-section of an Australian hardwood tree. This is a brightly coloured simplified shape version of a naturally found tree ring pattern sample. These tree ring cross sections shape designs can also be appreciated as abstract topographical forms, or paint splats.
