Description: A 2-part epoxy metal repair composite with self-lubricating properties for creation of low friction surfaces and protection of lubrication systems from wear and seizure in the event of lubrication loss. This 100% solids repair composite has a unique microporous structure which allows it to trap and hold lubricating oil, minimising friction at start-up and improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment such as pumps. It has outstanding chemical resistance and will bond to almost any rigid surface without the need for hot work.
Description: Belzona 9111 (Cleaner/Degreaser) is a low-odor, water-white liquid solvent used for multiple purposes such as cleaning and degreasing substrates prior to the application of Belzona products, and for cleaning application tools or equipment. It can be substituted for other approved solvents such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), white spirit, or cellulose thinners.
Description: The composite wrap system, Belzona 1984 super wrap, offers a new generation repair solution for restoring the strength of holed, weakened and corroded pipe and tank walls. The composite wrap is comprised of a 100% solids resin system, a bespoke hybrid reinforcement sheet, based on fibre glass and carbon fibre, as well as a release film to compact and consolidate the application.
Description: A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on 100% solids epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.
