Description: Gender Traitor is slang for an LGBTQ person. Even though it seems offensive, it has been adopted by the LGBTQ community after "Gender Traitor" was used as a slur to define us in the book "The Handmaid's Tale". Much like the pink triangle, which was used by Nazis to define and shame us, but later became one that enables us to recognize one another and rise up to fight back. Proud to be a Gender Traitor? Then this is the design for you!

The pink triangle is a symbol now embraced by the LGBT+ community. Originally, it was used as a symbol that identified homosexuals in Nazi concentration camps during World World 2 (especially gay men). Much like the Star of David identified anyone Jewish. When used by the Nazis, the triangle pointed downward, but after being reclaimed by LGBT+ activists, it now points upright.
