I’m a fan of the USWNT and I believe in their right for equal pay. This image is my way to show support in their efforts.

Monstrosity

I found these two flies getting it on right by me so I snapped a picture of their deed. It reminded me of James Victore's "Use a Condom" designs so I edited it in a similar way and looked up a "bee mine" joke. This is definitely not a joke for everyone but I'm aware of that. I made a cyanotype out of this image which explains the brushstrokes. Cyanotypes are a cyan blue so I scanned this image and made it black & white.

Since I am no longer a student, my access to the studio and equipment is very limited. I went into my front yard and spread ink onto this leave and transferred it onto a piece of paper. I love fall weather and I love printmaking so this was my quick and easy way of showing homage.
