Nothing about us without us is for us — the rallying cry of those of us dedicated to disability justice. A reminder that disabled folks MUST be included in every walk of life, at every level of planning for anything (ESPECIALLY in the beginning stages!), and accommodated. None of us should be excluded from aspects of life because of inaccessibility — and especially not because we've been forgotten.
All bodies are good bodies, and BMI is bullshit. You can be healthy at any and every size — and neither your health, size, shape, or weight determine your worth.
