The view depicting travelers ascending a snow covered hillside to the entrance of Kameyama Castle. The Tokaido road connected Tokyo to Kyoto with fifty three stations having been built along the road for travelers to rest.
Description: Vintage print endorsing Democrat John C. Martin for Auditor of Public Accounts in Illinois in 1936. The top of the print states ' Roosevelt and Security '. Martin served Illinois as State Treasurer from 1933 to 1935 and again from 1937 to 1939. He served in the House of Representatives from 1939 to 1941.
